& Project Result
The works came with a variety of different issues to overcome, these varied from difficult access arrangements such as cherry pickers and fixed scaffolding through to protection of high value sports cars.
The project was run by our in-house Contracts Manager alongside a Site Manager and Resident Liaison Officer. The key to a project like this was the communication between the Operatives and the Residents. They needed to be kept in the loop for the duration of the project with weekly updates and revision to the programme as timings changed due to adverse weather conditions.
The project was successfully delivered within the time-frame allocated and came in under budget due to savings made on hired equipment and additional management time that wasn’t required.
