Refurbishment Works (Social Housing)
Location: Midlands
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our Midlands team. This role will oversee refurbishment contracts including kitchen, bathroom, and roofline projects with significant contract values. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of contract management, from initial enquiry through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct surveys of properties and structures to assess maintenance and refurbishment requirements.

Evaluate projects, estimating costs, labour, materials, and time for completion.

Prepare and submit well-presented, competitive tender packages.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional levels of service and satisfaction.

Produce risk assessments and method statements, ensuring all health and safety procedures are fully adhered to.
-
Manage contracts from inception to completion, achieving productivity, quality, and safety targets.
-
Control project costs and budgets to deliver planned financial outcomes.

Lead, support, and manage site-based operatives to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
You will be an experienced Senior Contracts Manager with a proven track record in managing refurbishment projects within the social housing sector.
Requirements:

Significant experience managing refurbishment contracts (kitchens, bathrooms, and roofline works).

Experience working within the social housing sector.
-
Excellent understanding of health and safety standards and contract management processes.

Strong organisational and commercial skills.
-
Full UK driving licence.
