Our client reached out to Hankinson for assistance after their contractor had failed to meet expectations with completing a project of installing 13 kitchens at one of their Retirement living scheme.

Through strategic planning with our in-house teams, we were able to mobilise in a short space of the time, enabling project completion in just 6 weeks.

Our management team worked closely with the client and site operatives to ensure all elements of the works were delivered within the time restraints on this project.

Challenges on this project were working around the tenanted properties, however, this is where Hankinson’s RLO really assisted by being the main point of contact for any reactive issues and making sure the tenants were fully informed at all times. Events were also arranged in the schemes community room to assist them being occupied while works were being installed.

Home Renovation

Since 2021, we have installed over 450 kitchens and 150 bathrooms, at a typical rate of 5 per week, in occupied and void properties.

We secured this contract in 2008 to undertake external and internal redecoration works to communal areas of this Grade II Listed building.

Suburban Homes

The scope of works on this contract is predominantly external repairs and decorations to tenanted properties.

As part of the Campus renovation, the communal three-storey atrium required painting and decorating with a short-turnaround.
