Hankinson Whittle Secures Major National Framework with Places for People

We’re delighted to announce that Hankinson Whittle has been appointed to a prestigious national framework with Procurement Hub, part of Places for People, one of the UK’s leading social enterprises, as part of their multi-million-pound Damp and Mould Works Programme. 

Commencing in August 2025, this four-year framework will span all Places for People property locations across the UK, with each lot anticipated to deliver an annual spend of approximately £10 million. 

We have been awarded the following regional lots: 

• Lot 3 – North West and North Wales 

• Lot 4 – North East, Yorkshire and Humber 

• Lot 5 – Midlands 

• Lot 6 – South West and South Wales 

• Lot 7 – South East and East of England 

  
  

This vital programme supports Places for People in proactively tackling damp and mould across their housing stock, while also helping ensure full compliance with Awaab’s Law, set to come into force in October 2025. We are proud to contribute to improving housing conditions and driving lasting change in the sector.
