  • Job Summary:

    We have an exciting new opportunity for a full- time Quantity Surveyor to join our East Midlands Team.

     

    This is a key commercial role and responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with a diverse range of clients. Normal duties include cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.

     

    Responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure successful project completion and will also be responsible for developing assistant commercial colleagues.

  • Job Summary:

    We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Resident Liaison Officer to join our North West Team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

    This is a key customer-facing role, responsible for maintaining day-to-day contact with residents while we carry out the refurbishment of occupied properties in the Wirral.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for notifying and coordinating with residents to support the smooth delivery of works, ensuring minimal disruption and an excellent customer journey.

  • Job Summary:
